This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is between you and the developer of Casino Roulette Odds Lab (“we”, “us”). Installing or using the app means you accept this EULA.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use Casino Roulette Odds Lab for your personal, non-commercial use on Apple- or Google-branded devices you own or control, in accordance with the applicable app store's usage rules.
This licence covers the app and its content. It does not transfer any ownership. All intellectual property in the app, its design, artwork and content remains ours or our licensors'.
Casino Roulette Odds Lab contains no real-money or simulated-money gambling. All units used in the simulator are imaginary and have no value. Nothing in the app can be purchased, won, cashed out or transferred.
Your use is also subject to the Apple App Store Terms of Service and the Google Play Terms of Service, as applicable. Where those terms conflict with this EULA for a given store, the store's terms govern your download from that store.
This licence is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you breach it. On termination you must stop using and delete the app.
The app is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for damages arising from its use. See our Terms of Service.
